Welcome to our 100 Club

A great way for you to support us whilst having a bit of a flutter!
Here’s how it works…

Complete and sign the attached membership form and set up a standing order mandate with your bank for £3 a month (or £36 annually), or pay by cheque, card or BACs. Reference number required

This buys you one membership number (that we will allocate), which enters you into the monthly draw. All participants must be over 16. Memberships are limited to one per person.

The draw will take place on the first working day of each month, and witnessed by participants, staff, volunteers and visitors present on that day.

If you win, you will be contacted to arrange payment of your winnings. Please note that the name of the winner will be published on Eaton Barn’s Facebook page and the ECHO website.

The prize money will be £100 or one third of the membership fees taken that month if membership falls below 100. The remaining two thirds goes to help Eaton Barn fund equipment, resources and opportunities for our participants.

100 Club rules

Purpose

The purpose of the 100 Club is to raise funds for Eaton Barn Community Garden to provide equipment, resources and opportunities for participants, whilst offering members a chance to win a cash prize each month.

Rules

For a cost of £3 per month (i.e. per draw) you will be allocated one number between 1 and 100.
A draw will be made every month with 1 x first prize
The prizes will total 1/3 of the annual income.
This will be apportioned as: 1st prize of £100 (subject to a minimum membership of 100 subscribers. If this falls below 100, then 1/3 of the monthly subscription income will be allocated as the prize fund for that month.)
The 100 club is a private lottery and is open to all parents, carers, staff, volunteers and supporters of Eaton Barn. Anyone aged 16 or over can join.
Numbers are limited to one per person.
Payments must be made by standing order (monthly or preferably annually) or annual cheque, a one off cash or card payment. One month’s notice is required for cancellation.
Member’s numbers will only be entered if their subscription is up to date.
If a member has no valid reason for missing a payment, their number may be sold to someone on the reserve list.
The draw shall be made by the Eaton Barn Project Manager on the first working day of each month, to be witnessed by participants, staff, volunteers and visitors present on that day.
The winner will be contacted and prize money will be allocated within one week of the draw.
The name and numbers for each month’s winner will be posted on Eaton Barn’s Facebook page and the ECHO website.
The 100 club will be run by the Eaton Barn and ECHO finance staff team. In case of any dispute the decision of the committee is final.
Unless otherwise advised, a member will be deemed to have left the 100 club if his/her subscription renewal remains unpaid for a period of one month.
If a winner cannot be contacted, the winnings will be placed into Eaton Barns funds after six months.
