You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
A contract is formed once we confirm dispatch of goods or issue your ticket confirmation.
3. Prices and Payment
- All prices are shown in GBP (£).
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
- Payment must be made in full at checkout.
- We use secure third-party payment providers.
If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
4. Event Tickets
4.1 Ticket Purchases
Tickets are sold for specific events on specific dates.
Under UK consumer law, event tickets are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period.
4.2 Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable unless:
- The event is cancelled
- The event is rescheduled and you cannot attend

- Change venues within reasonable distance
- Alter timings if necessary
If significant changes occur, we will notify ticket holders.

- Ticket terms are breached
5. Physical Products
5.1 Product Descriptions
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However:
- Handmade items may vary slightly
- Colours may appear differently on screens
5.2 Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Postal services
- Courier providers
- Circumstances beyond our control
Risk passes to you upon delivery.
5.3 Consumer Cancellation Rights
If you purchase goods online, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item.

6. Bespoke and Personalised Items
Custom-made or personalised items cannot be cancelled or returned unless faulty.
