Once a month Twyford Cookers of Leominster hold a fundraising event called ‘Souper Tuesday’ where they make delicious soup and serve to the public and local businesses. This month they chose ECHO as their nominated charity and raised £85.
Elley cooked Roasted Vegetable or Thai Spiced Chicken noodle soup, as well as yummy chocolate muffins. It was a popular event and soon sold out.
Thank you Twyford for raising us some money and giving us a tasty lunch at the same time. It was an excellent opportunity to chat to a few people about ECHO too.
