We have regular accessible Yoga sessions every week. In Hereford, the session is at St Martins Hall, Ross Road from 1.45 – 2.45pm.
In Leominster we meet at the Methodist Church Hall on Green Lane from 4.00 – 5.00pm. There are spaces available in both sessions and beginners are welcome. Please let us know at the ECHO office if you’d like to come along.
If you book a block of sessions in advance it costs £4.00 per session or £4.50 if you pay on the day. From the 4th July the rate payable on the day will go up to £5.00.
