The Trustees of ECHO are seeking to appoint an exceptional Chief Officer to build on the established success of the charity.
Volunteering Support Worker
We need an enthusiastic person to help us recruit and support more people to become involved in volunteering. This is a full time paid position.
Support Worker (temporary)
We are looking for a temporary support worker to cover a 12 week planned staff absence from September. You will be supporting adults with learning disabilities at two of our day services in Leominster.
We are looking for new people to join our pool of relief staff to cover for holidays and sickness mainly within our various day opportunities. We need people who are flexible and adaptable. Ideally you should have previous experience of working with people with learning disabilities, but full induction and training will be given.
Sorry, there are no other paid vacancies at the moment, but why not become an ECHO volunteer?
Volunteering is a great way to gain new experience, meet new people and make new friends. It also is good for your CV. Many ECHO volunteers have gone on to paid work in this field.
Our volunteer co-ordinator is Denise Kerwood, you can contact her at the main ECHO office on 01568 620307 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. She will have an informal chat about what we can offer and what you would like to get out of your volunteering. It’s important that we take some time to make it a good match.
We welcome enquiries at any time as there are always vacancies throughout the organisation in many different areas. Current vacancies are listed on the volunteer page here.
